Pricing

Click the “Pricing” button for each format. The Author Price is displayed according to the size, binding and page count. Set the Retail Price of the print and electronic versions of your book. The retail price will determine how much revenue you will make selling through our distribution channels. The minimum price is shown by default.

SOMETHING TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN SETTING YOUR PRICE: CHANNEL FEES.

On a 3rd party Marketplace, channel fees apply.

For example, on Amazon.com, channel fees vary from 30-70% of the retail price. But let's say they charge 60% of the retail cost as a channel fee.

So if the e-book is $10, the channel fee is $6, we split the remaining $4 80/20; the author makes $3.20 and the publisher makes $0.80.

If a physical/print-on-demand book is sold, the channel fee is $6 and the manufacturing cost is $2, we split the remaining $2, 80/20; the author makes $1.60 and the publisher makes $0.40.
